Nippon Travel Agency has secured a sufficient number of rooms in a variety of hotels for the period of the Event, taking into consideration the needs and budgets of the participants.
A special rate is being offered to conference participants. These special event rates will not apply to participants making reservations directly with the hotel.

Hotel rates below are based on per night, per person including breakfast, service charge and consumption tax.
* "Single" is a room with one single size bed, which can accommodate just one guest.
* "Twin" is a room with a pair of single size beds, which can accommodate two guests.
